Plusvans.
Route planning, live pickup tracking, and customer-facing service for a UK collection business.
Service operations fail when planning lives in one place, customer communication lives somewhere else, tracking is inconsistent, and teams spend too much time coordinating exceptions manually. Plusvans needed operations software that could support route planning, pickup scheduling, and service visibility for a real-world collection business.
I built a web platform that combined route planning, real-time pickup tracking, customer-facing scheduling and service visibility, and internal workflows for managing collection operations. The stack used Next.js, FastAPI, and Supabase, with an admin interface that made the operational layer practical to use every day.
Summary
Plusvans is an operations platform for a UK collection business. It helps teams plan routes, manage pickups, track jobs, and update customers.
What The Client Needed
The business needed a better way to coordinate route planning, customer communication, and live pickup activity.
What I Built
- Route planning for daily pickup operations.
- Live job and pickup tracking for internal users.
- Customer-facing scheduling and service visibility.
- Admin tools for jobs, collections, and exceptions.
Workflow
Result
Staff had better visibility, customers had clearer updates, and the team could manage exceptions earlier.
What This Shows
This project shows how operations software can reduce coordination work.
